PURPOSE: A lifting-eye testing device of a drilling ship and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to cope with accidents by remotely measuring a distance and to prevent damage to ambient fixed objects by directly connecting testing equipments to the corresponding lifting-eye. CONSTITUTION: A lifting-eye testing device of a drilling ship comprises measurement members(110,210), a power supply unit, data transceiving members(140,240), and testing equipments(100,200). The measurement members are mounted in a lifting-eye of the drilling ship, thereby directly applying a load to the lifting-eye. The power supply unit supplies power consumed by the measurement members. The data transceiving members receive a set value transmitted remotely and transmit a result of a strength test. The testing equipments are composed of power control members(130,230) controlling the power supply member so that the power supply member supplies power according to the received set value.
