A method for detection of V617F mutation of the gene jak2 by means of allele-specific primers in patients with myelo-proliferative newgrowths, wherein allele-specific primers are applied to the section of the gene jak2 in region corresponding to the 617 amino-acid residue of protein Jak2 for tetra-primer allele-specific polymerase chain reaction, this makes it possible to reveal amino-acid substitution V617F by means of conventional method of polymerase chain reaction by dimensions of amplificate.
