PURPOSE: An electric vehicle battery charging device capable of providing stable driving voltage in a brief time by replacing a battery is provided to secure stable driving voltage in a brief time by replacing a battery which is charged during the running of an electric vehicle driving, and to conveniently replace the charged battery by standardizing an attaching/detaching structure of the battery. CONSTITUTION: An electric vehicle battery charging device includes a battery(100) which is a power source, and a storage unit(200) which accommodates the battery. The battery includes a base plate(110) which is settled with multiple cells which are connected with one another in series; a transferring element(130) which is formed on the bottom surface of the base plate corresponding to the transferring element, and a power plug(140) which is installed on the front side of the battery. The storage unit includes a transferring guide(210) which is formed on the bottom surface of the storage unit corresponding to the transferring element and a receptacle(230) which is formed on the inside to be connected electrically with the power plug of the battery.
