The invention relates to electrical equipment of internal combustion engines, in particular to fuel mixture ignition devices. An ignition plug for an internal combustion engine comprises a body, an insulator, a central electrode and a side electrode, whose working part forms an air gap with the end surface of central electrode. On the opposite sides of side electrode working surface symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the ignition plug micro-prechambers are located, each micro-prechamber ends with a slot nozzle. To the end of lower part of the micro-prechamber slot nozzle an arc-like plate having a curve surface is attached, the lower part of nozzle is an extension of the side electrode working surface. The proposed ignition plug for internal combustion engine provides for decrease of combustion time of fuel mixture in the combustion chamber, therefore increase of fuel efficiency and engine efficiency. |
