A method for predicting the pelvic injury in labor comprises the clinical examination. The following factors are taken into account: the pathology of the connective tissue, the excess body mass, the chronic inflammations of reproductive system, the anatomical features of the pelvis, the burdened medical history, the hormonal disbalance, the endocrine pathology, the pathology of the locomotor system, the burdened premorbid background, the large fetus, two and more previous labors, chronic infection of then urinary system. The findings are obtained in the course of the conventional examination of the pregnant women. The detection of at least one feature above is considered as prognostic factor for predicting the pelvic injury in labor. |
