The present invention is related to the medical industry in general, particularly relating to the medical devices, such as devices for monitoring and surveilling different physiological aspects related to the health of a person; more specifically the invention refers to a novel bracelet for continuously monitoring surveilling and analysing the vital signs in a person, which is characterised in that it comprises radial pulse transducers, mobility transducers and temperature transducers; digital signal processing boards for run applications in real time, such as: Signal processing, detection and categorisation of events, data and communication protocol storage; a GPS device for determining the location of the holder; and a system for processing and storing data. As a whole, the main function of the components of this project consists in providing a non-invasive continuous monitoring and surveillance service of some vital signs, which generates useful information for the diagnosis and pr ompt attention of alterations in the behaviour of the censed variables and implications in the overall health of the patient.
