A method for assessment of the indications for coronarography comprises accounting for the results of treadmill test, the physical load test, isotopic diagnostics of the isotope accumulation in lung tissue, echocardiography. Furthermore, blood serum endothelin-1 is assayed. The increased endothelin-1 content is considered as the indication for coronarography. |
