PURPOSE: A method for preparing honey wine is provided to improve flavor and taste by making the honey wine using honey without additives such as fruits, sugar, and acid, to enhance preference, and to enable long-term maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing honey wine comprises: a step of adding water to yeast and incubating to prepare a yeast liquid; and a step of mixing a honey liquid containing honey and water and the yeast liquid and fermenting and maturing the mixture. |
