PURPOSE: Foot covers which are able to be utilized as a bag is provided to use as a storage purpose or a way to carry, to protect legs covering them, and to improve water resistance and activity facilitating to wear and to remove when a waterproof fabric is applied. CONSTITUTION: Foot covers utilizable as a bag comprises a fastening section (10) equipped in a longitudinal direction on the side of the foot covers; a string section (30) in which strings (st,st_1,st_2) are installed in a lateral direction between the upper and lower section of the foot covers; and a handle (h) located in between the upper and lower section of the foot covers. The terminal of the handle is connected to the strings of the string section installed being inserted. |
