<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing aliphatic diisocyanate is provided to use a divalent or tetravalent tin compound as a catalyst and amphiprotic ion compound as a stabilizer, thereby remarkably reducing generation of high boiling point byproducts. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing C4-12 aliphatic diisocyanate is provided to use a divalent or tetravalent tin compound as a catalyst, and uses an amphiprotic ion compound as a stabilizer, thereby thermally decomposing the aliphatic dicarbamate, by using an amphiprotic ion compound as a stabilizer. In the chemical formulas, each of R^1, R^5, R^6, R^7, R^8, R^9, and R^10 is independently C1-6 alkyl group or aryl group; R^2 is hydrogen or methyl group; each of R^3 and R^4 is independently C1-4 alkyl group; and n is 3 or 4.</p> |
