PURPOSE: A real-time cooperative business assets management system and a method thereof are provided to search a maintenance result by requesting a maintenance process in real time. CONSTITUTION: A statistical module(113) of a system integration server(110) generates diverse context information and statistic information related to business assets by using the information of a business asset management DB(DataBase)(112) and an integrated civil complaint DB(111). A civil petitioner terminal(120) searches the corresponding maintenance result through the integrated civil DB by registering the integrated civil DB. A manager terminal(150) searches the context and statistic information, the registered maintenance request information, and a maintenance planning information.
