PURPOSE: An apparatus, a method, and a recording medium of determining undetection of wake are provided to search an optimal path of an aircraft based on a wake undetection range. CONSTITUTION: A wake undetection determining apparatus(100) comprises a wake data receiver(110), wake undetection determining unit(130), and a wake undetection transmitting unit(150). The wake data receiver receives wake data sensed by a wireless detecting device(191). The wake undetection determining unit determines an undetection range in which the wireless detecting device didn't able to detect a wake based on received wake data. The wake undetection transmitting unit transmits the undetection range to the outside.
