PURPOSE: A cable connecting PoE(Power over Ethernet) hub and a network system using the same are provided to connect external devices such as an access point and a network camera, thereby extending a Wi-Fi service supply and easily installing a cable TV. CONSTITUTION: A cable connecting PoE hub(110) includes a case, an HFC(Hybrid Fiber Coaxial) filter module, a cable modem, and a PoE interface module. The HFC filter module separates received data and converts the power to DC power by using an AC to DC converter by being connected to a HFC network through a coaxial port installed in the case. The cable modem connected to the HFC filter module transmits and receives data through the HFC network. The PoE interface module connected to the cable modem through a switch board controls data transmission and reception of external devices through a PoE port and supplies power.
