PURPOSE: A disposable holder for popcorn container is provided to secure simplicity of manufacture as the structure is very simple and improve price competitiveness of product by forming with low cost of paper material to reduce the unit cost of product. CONSTITUTION: A disposable holder for popcorn container (100) comprises a first board (10) having flat surface which inserted and fixed inside the cup holder formed on movie theater seat; a second board (20) partially fixed and combined on one side of the first board, and has one side of folding surface protruded to the front portion based on the bending line; and a binding means(30) formed on one side of the second board and combined popcorn container having popcorn inside to the second board. A binding means comprises an adhesive (31) coated on one side of the second board and a released paper (32) laminated on top surface of the adhesive to prevent outside exposure of the adhesive.
