PURPOSE: A composition for a resin type light guide panel is provided to have excellent adhesion, transparency, and high temperature reliability, thereby forming a light-guiding panel which can be applied to a module type back light unit capable of local dimming, by a simple curing method. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a resin type light guide panel includes a POSS type trifunctional urethane(meth)acrylate oligomer represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is n-alkyl, cyclic alkyl, or aromatic alkyl; X is a divalent isocyanate compound except for an isocyanate terminal; and n is an integer from 1-10. A back light unit includes a light emitting diode formed on a reflecting panel, and a light guiding panel(40B) covering the light emitting diode with the composition.
