METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CYSTOCELE

A method for the surgical treatment of cystocele comprises the vaginal hysterectomy (as a variant, the method does not include the vaginal hysterectomy). The anterior wall of the vagina is separated apart from the urinary bladder. The implant is tailored in lambda-shape mode from the meshed synthetic material. The apex of the implant is fixed to the urogenital fascia in the area of the proximal urethra division. The sleeves of the lambda-shaped implant are passed in the tunnels made on the posterior surface of the obturative apertures directed to the spinous processes of the ischial bones.
