A method for producing marrow-and-alycha preserves with improved consumer properties consists in blanching in water prepared marrow and alycha fruits, prepacking in glass cans and pouring with hot solution, this provides for pasteurization of preserves, and the solution is prepared on the base of potable water with adding sand sugar or fructose. |
