PURPOSE: A lift device for a pad overhead is provided to move a pad to a ceiling surface after attaching the pad by a magnetic force, thereby improving the convenience of an operator and reducing risks of wounds of the operator. CONSTITUTION: A lift device(100) for a pad overhead comprises a trolley(110) with movable wheels, a vertical frame(120), an elevating slider(130), a base plate(140), an attaching plate(150). The vertical frame is connected vertically to the trolley. The elevating slider is elevated upwardly and downwardly on the vertical frame. The base plate is connected to the elevating slider. The attaching plate is moved vertically on the base plate.
