APPARATUS FOR PURIFICATING COLUMN

PURPOSE: A column purifying device is provided to purify a column rapidly and smoothly as an inserted specimen is forcibly discharged. CONSTITUTION: A column purifying comprises an injecting unit(110), a purifying unit(130), a pressing unit(200), and a lower moisture sensing member(137). The top and bottom surfaces of the injecting unit are opened. A specimen injecting hole(111) for inserting a specimen is formed in the lateral side of the injecting unit. The purifying unit is arranged under the injecting unit and includes a purifying member(131) and a lower supporting member(139). A discharging unit(150) extended from a shaft pipe(140) is formed under the purifying unit. The pressing unit is formed over the injecting unit and generates pressures to make the specimen pass through the purifying unit. The lower moisture sensing member is interposed between the purifying member and the lower supporting member.
