PURPOSE: A follow spot lighting device and a stage lighting control method using the same are provided to use a stage lighting console to control the follow spot lighting device of the follow spot lighting device in order to implement the same stage effect as other stage lighting devices of a stage lighting system. CONSTITUTION: An operation method of a follow spot lighting device is composed of the following steps: the step(S410) of receiving an operation control signal, which controls the operation of the follow spot lighting device, from a stage lighting console; the step(S420) of converting the received operation control signal into a signal which is drivable in an operating system which is mounted on a computer of the follow spot lighting device; and the step(S430) of performing an operation corresponding to the operation control signal.
