RECTIFIER, RECEIVED SIGNAL STRENGTH INDICATOR, AND RECEIVER

PURPOSE: A rectifier, a received signal strength indicator using the same, and a receiver using the same are provided to improve linearity although a low voltage is supplied. CONSTITUTION: A received signal strength indicator(RSSI) includes six differential amplifiers, seven full wave rectifying circuits, a secondary low pass filter, and a DC offset cancelling unit. The six differential amplifiers form an amplifier chain. The six differential amplifiers amplify output signals of two band pass filters. One full wave rectifying circuit rectifies differential signals outputted by the two band pass filters. Six full wave rectifying circuits respectively rectify differential signals outputted by six differential amplifiers. Output signals of seven full wave rectifying circuits are merged by the secondary low pass filter and are filtered to generate a display voltage such as DC.
