PURPOSE: A tire water film tester is provided to enable to perform a test in a small indoor space, thereby removing limits of testing time, testing space, and costs. CONSTITUTION: A tire water film tester comprises a body unit(10), a water injecting unit(20), and a water scattering prevention unit(30). The body unit includes a belt moving caterpillar. The water injecting unit is arranged in at least one spot of the body unit. The water scattering prevention unit covers the tires arranged on the belt of the body unit, thereby preventing a water film formed between the tires and the belt from being scattered.
