摘要 PURPOSE: A real-time vulcanization monitoring system using supersonic velocity measurement sensor has an advantage which efficiently vulcanize to stabilize the quality of tires to increase the credibility. CONSTITUTION: A real-time vulcanization monitoring system using supersonic velocity measurement sensor comprises: an ultrasonic transmitter fixed at a center mechanism inside of a blade and generating ultrasound; an ultrasonic receiver fixed at a mold contacting on the outside of a tire and able to receive ultrasound transmitted from the ultrasonic transmitter; an ultrasonic transceiver transmits and receives ultrasound to continually measure the transfer rate of the ultrasound to determine whether the vulcanization is proper in real time while a vulcanizer is operating. While the proper vulcanization of the real-time vulcanization monitoring system increases as vulcanization is processed, it is determined at the time in which the polymer chain of the tire rubber is stabilized, and the ultrasound transmission rate maintains certain data.
