PURPOSE: A display device and a notification service providing method thereof are provided to notify the location of a portable terminal to a user by sensing the outing of a user by receiving the location of the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An AP(Access Point)(20) relays data between a portable terminal and a front door device by using a display device. The AP provides device information located within a wireless network range to the display device. A display device(110) is an intelligent display device adding a computer supporting function to a broadcasting reception function. The display device offer a portable terminal registration menu, a menu ID(Identity) registration menu, a vehicle ID registration menu, or a portable terminal searching menu. Two portable terminals(120,130) transmit location information to a server(70) or the display device. A front door device(140) transmits and receives data with the display device through an AP.
