PURPOSE: A resin composition for a light guiding plate is provided to have excellent adhesion, transparency, and high temperature reliability, thereby simply forming a light guiding plate which can be applied to a module type back light unit capable of local dimming. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for a light guiding plate comprises a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer represented by chemical formula 1 which is manufactured by reaction of a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate monomer and divalent isocyanate with a divalent polyol; hydrogen-bonded (meth)acrylate including a carboxy group or hydroxy group; a (meth)acrylic monomer; a POSS type (meth)acrylate monomer represented by chemical formula 5, and a photoinitiator.
