TRAINING DEVICE FOR SEDENTARY ACTIVITY

A training device for the sedentary activity contains the chair, the frame with the side shafts. Each shaft contains leg holder on one end while the opposite ends are free being capable of connecting/disconnecting. The device also contains the drive levers with handles and retainers for leg holders and the drive levers. The retainers of the leg holders are designed as the ratchet wheel interacting with the catcher and hinged onto the crossbeam on one end and the shaft on the opposite end. The retainers of the drive levers are designed as the sleeve with peripheral radial grooved located at the distances separated by 10° from each other matching for the clamps of drive levers.
