METHOD FOR PROGRAMMED CONTROL OF THERMAL OBJECT USING PULSE-WIDTH MODULATION

摘要

A method for programmed control of thermal object using pulse-width modulation involves the generation of setup unit temperature code, measurement of object temperature and generation of control action as pulse-width modulation. Output signals are measured, determined are a transient characteristic of object, the total of temperature increase codes to the end of programmed control interval and predictive mismatch error. Object temperature at all points of heat field is measured, and control action for thermal object is generated.
