A device for passive protection of objects against powerful EMP comprises a body, on whose internal surface an insulating layer is applied, inside of which spherical s of α- of different size are distributed chaotically. On the external surface of the insulating material different size spots of high-conductive material are deposited. Moreover, a semiconductor layer is introduced, on which spots of α- of different size are deposited, a distance between the body and protected object must not be more than 3,8 cm (α-particles track length). |
