PURPOSE: A non-slip brake pad for increasing surficial friction and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain excellent anti-slip effects even when a driver steps on an accelerator pad while wearing shoes. CONSTITUTION: A non-slip brake pad(100) for increasing surficial friction comprises an elastic pad base(110) and an abrasive material(120). The elasticity pad base is made of materials with elasticity, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. The abrasive material is made of hard particles with higher hardness than a bottom surface and is uniformly dispersed inside the elasticity pad base.
