PURPOSE: An organic dielectric composition is provided to replace an organic dielectric material, and to have excellent electric performance and thin film performance. CONSTITUTION: An organic dielectric composition comprises a phenol novolak resin represented by chemical formula 1, and an imidazole derivative represented by chemical formula 2. The composition additionally includes a metal salt. The metal salt is a halogenated metal salt. The mixing weight ratio of the one selected from chemical formula 1 and the other one selected from chemical formula 2 is 0.7-1.3.
