<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation structure in a unit building, capable of reducing force applied from an anchor bolt to a foundation during an earthquake. <P>SOLUTION: In the base isolation structure in a unit building 100 having a building unit 1A, the building unit 1A is arranged on a foundation 110, an anchor bolt 130 whose lower end side is buried in the foundation 110 and upper end side is projected onto the foundation 110 is arranged under a column 2 of the building unit 1A, an elastic body 120 is arranged so as to surround the periphery of the anchor bolt 130 between a lower end part of the column 2 of the building unit 1A and the foundation 110, and the anchor bolt 130 is fixed to the lower end part of the column 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
