<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent form excellent in tranport efficiency and on-site workability. <P>SOLUTION: A permanent form K includes a plurality of form units K1 which are continuously provided in a lateral direction. Each of the form units K1 comprises a plurality of form components 1, 1... which are continuously provided in a longitudinal direction. Each of the form components 1, which is composed of an extruded shape made of an aluminum alloy, comprises a decorative plate part 11 which combines a sheathing board and external facing, and a reinforcing rib 12 which is embedded in concrete.
