<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a strength suitable for a weight buffer base, and to achieve cost reduction and improvement in carrying-in and installation operations. <P>SOLUTION: A buffer base includes a bent plate 1 formed by molding one flat plate in an approximate U-shape and reinforcing members 2a and 2b each of which is provided to come into contact with the outside of the bent plate 1 and has an inside shape complementary to an outside shape of the bent plate 1. Each of the approximate U-shaped open portions of the bent plate 1 and the reinforcing members 2a and 2b is arranged upward, the reinforcing members 2a and 2b are provided so as to be superposed on the outside of the bent plate 1, and lowermost ends of rails 8a and 8b for a balance weight, a hoisting machine base 4, and the weight buffer base 12 are all mounted in the approximate U-shaped inside hollow portion of the bent plate 1 by bolt connection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
