<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device which stably promotes uniformization of heating of an object to be heated without interposing a movable member in a heating chamber in which the object to be heated is housed and processed. <P>SOLUTION: A waveguide 12 through which microwave generating means 11 transmits microwaves to be generated to a heating chamber 10 can transmit the microwaves radiated from predetermined shaped openings 151 to 158 and 221 to 224 evenly in every direction by arranging the respective openings on a width wide face 12a and a width narrow face 12b, and the object to be heated comprising various kinds, shapes and amount can be stably uniformly heated by making the microwaves incident from the whole periphery of the object to be heated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
