<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device which has microwaves radiated to the outer side than the width direction of a waveguide and uniformizes heating distribution of an object to be heated without a drive unit. <P>SOLUTION: In a configuration in which a heating chamber 102 to house an object to be heated therein, microwave generating means 103 to generate microwaves, a waveguide 104 to transmit the microwaves, and microwave radiation parts 105, 106, 107, 108, 109 and 110 to radiate the microwaves inside the heating chamber 102 are arranged in plural in the width direction of the waveguide 104 (an orthogonal direction with respect to an electric field and the transmission direction), the microwaves are radiated from a plurality of microwave radiation parts formed in the width direction of the waveguide. Thereby, the microwaves are spread in the width direction of the waveguide, the microwaves are radiated to the outer side than the width direction of the waveguide, and heating distribution of the object to be heated can be made uniform without a drive unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
