<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a step from being generated at a screen part as much as possible when configuring the screen part by joining a plurality of solar battery units. <P>SOLUTION: A roll screen device 1 includes a screen part 2 configured in a sheet shape, and a holding part 3 for holding the screen part 2 so as to change a state to a using state and a storing state of winding and storing the screen part 2 inside.
