<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a liquid discharge head that can discharge a droplet with a uniform liquid volume. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the liquid discharge head provided with a substrate having an energy generation element, a discharge port connected to the substrate to discharge a liquid, and a wall member for forming a flow channel communicating with the discharge port includes steps of: forming a flow channel shape for forming the flow channel on the substrate; forming a coating resin layer for forming the wall member around the flow channel shape; and transferring the surface shape of the substrate on the coating resin layer surface to correspond to the pattern of the surface shape of the substrate in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
