<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetostrictive torque sensor having high detection accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetostrictive torque sensor 60 comprises: magnetostrictive materials 61 and 62 which are provided in a shaft part 24; a coil bobbin 63 which is disposed so as to enclose the magnetostrictive materials 61 and 62; a plurality of coils 65 and 66 which are wound around the coil bobbin 63, for detecting a change in magnetic characteristics of the magnetostrictive materials 61 and 62; a housing 71 which accommodates the coils 65 and 66, the coil bobbin 63 and the magnetostrictive materials 61 and 62; and a flange part 73 which is formed in an axial end of the housing 71, for mounting the housing 71 on another member 51. The housing 71 is a resin component which is formed integrally with the coil bobbin 63 by molding. The flange part 73 is a metal product and is fixed to an axial one end of the housing 71, which is integrated with the coil bobbin 63, by resin molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
