<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relate to a base plate for a hard disk drive, and the hard disk drive including the same, and to more specifically, relate to the base plate for the hard disk drive whose filter assembly structure is improved so as to be applied to a base plate manufactured by a press or forging method, and the hard disk drive including the same. <P>SOLUTION: A base plate for a hard disk drive according to one embodiment of the present invention can include: a disk arrangement part in which a disk with stored data is arranged; a head attachment part which is formed at a lower part of the disk arrangement part, and in which a head driving part which provides driving force to a magnetic head which reproduces data stored in the disk is arranged; a filter which is attached to the disk arrangement part, and collects a foreign matter from the flowing air to be generated in rotation of the disk; and a filter fixation part which is formed by being perpendicularly raised after punching the disk arrangement part to fix the filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
