PURPOSE: A prefabricated Korean-style house and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce time, cost, and waste quantity generated on the spot for manufacturing a traditional Korean-style house, be able to be manufactured by a nonprofessional, and maintain the quality of Korean-style house steadily. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated Korean-style house is completed by assembling a manufactured unit module on the spot after manufacturing a unit module by modularization in a factory. The unit module comprises a structure unit module, a roof frame unit module, and a roof unit module. A structure unit module forms the overall structure of a Korean-style house, and comprises a joint(120) in the lower part and a reinforcement structure(150). A joint comprises a plate(130) having at least one insertion projection(131) and an insertion hole(140) in which an insertion projection is inserted, and combines a structure unit module with each other. A reinforcement structure comprises a frame(151) and multiple stiffener(152) and prevents the twisting or bending of a structure unit module. A roof frame unit module is combined with the upper part of a structure unit module and forms the frame of a roof. A roof unit module is combined with the upper part of a roof frame unit module and forms a roof. |
