PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-nitrogen hot-rolled thin steel sheet having advantages such as being possible to lower the heating temperature during rolling, being therefore possible to reduce energy consumption per unit product, being easy to roll into a thin-gauge sheet, being excellent also in mechanical strengths, and seldom undergoing cracks originating from precipitates and to provide a method for the production thereof.
SOLUTION: The hot-rolled thin steel sheet contains, by mass%, 0.05-0.20% C, 1.5% or less Si, 1.5% or less Mn, 0.030% or less P, 0.010% or less S, 0.050% or less Al, 0.0050-0.0200% N, and 0.03-0.20% V, with the balance comprising Fe and unavoidable impurities and is characterized by having an average grain diameter of 5 μm or less and containing 0.02% or more of V precipitates with a size of 200 nm or smaller.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
