摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation device that easily performs development into multiple kinds while controlling an irradiation range with a diffractive optical element and comparatively easily performs mass production with multiple kinds. <P>SOLUTION: The light irradiation device 1 includes a light source 2, and a light-condensing part 3 for controlling a spreading direction of light emitted from the light source 2. The light-condensing part 3 has the diffractive optical element 4 wherein a diffractive lattice pattern 41 for diffracting incident light is formed, and a convex lens 5. The diffractive optical element 4 is made of at least one basic lattice wherein the diffractive lattice pattern 41 is formed on an incident surface of light emitted from the light source 2, and is formed by being separated from a lattice board wherein a plurality of basic lattices are integrally arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
