<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle communication network management system capable of eliminating the limitation of IP setting duration for dynamic host setting communication protocol, and a method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: An operation management method for vehicle communication network includes the following steps: a power-on mode step of supplying each unit of inner vehicle components with a vehicle battery power for initialization by respective operation program; a normal mode step of allowing each node of the units to join a network and to request a network; a sleep IND mode step of not requesting the other nodes, although the other nodes requesting the network; a sleep mode step of terminating the communication; a wait-bus sleep mode step of waiting a switch to the sleep mode when all the nodes connected to the network no longer carry out the communication; and a power-off mode step of shutting off the electric power to be supplied to the units for disabling the communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
