摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell diagnosis device capable of diagnosing a supply state of a reaction gas for a fuel cell with accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell diagnosis device has: a signal application part 431 applying AC signals in different frequency domains to a fuel cell 1; a local current sensor 41 detecting a local current flowing in a local portion of a unit cell 10 to be a diagnosis target; a voltage sensor 42 detecting a voltage of the fuel cell 1; an impedance measurement part 432 measuring a first impedance Z<SB POS="POST">H</SB>corresponding to the AC signal in a high frequency domain, and a second impedance Z<SB POS="POST">L</SB>corresponding to the AC signal in a low frequency domain on the basis of detection values of the local current sensor 41 and the voltage sensor 42; a correction value calculation part 433 calculating a correction value Z<SB POS="POST">&alpha;</SB>exclusive of influences of a dry/wet state in the unit cell 10 from the second impedance Z<SB POS="POST">L</SB>by using the first impedance Z<SB POS="POST">H</SB>; and a diagnosis part 434 diagnosing a supply state of a reaction gas for the fuel cell 1 by using the correction value Z<SB POS="POST">&alpha;</SB>calculated by the correction value calculation part 433. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
