<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a liquid emulsion composition which reduces the aggregation or precipitation of a protein although containing high concentration calcium or magnesium and soybean protein. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a liquid emulsion composition comprises using at least soybean protein and one or more selected from the group consisting of an insoluble calcium salt and an insoluble magnesium salt, and adding one or more selected from the group consisting of the insoluble calcium salt and the insoluble magnesium salt to an emulsified product obtained by emulsifying a raw material mixture of the soybean protein and raw materials other than the insoluble calcium salt and the insoluble magnesium salt, and the process for producing a liquid emulsion composition uses calcium carbonate as the insoluble calcium salt and magnesium carbonate as the insoluble magnesium salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
