<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly grasp a stored master amount in a stencil printer including a plate discharging unit for collecting a master (stencil master for printing) conveyed from a drum. <P>SOLUTION: The stencil printer includes a storage box 43 for storing a used master, a master feeding device 45 feeding the master detached from the drum 13 to the storage box 43, a first compressing device 71B arranged in a side in the width direction of the master and compressing the master fed to the storage box 43 by the master feeding device 45 by rotating around a rotation axis parallel to the width direction of the master, a second compressing device 73A arranged in the center part in the width direction of the master and compressing the master fed to the storage box by the master feeding device 45 by rotating coaxially with the rotation axis and independently from the first compressing device 71B, a detecting device detecting the rotation angle of the second compressing device 73A, and a calculating unit 91a calculating the master amount stored in the storage box 43 based on the rotation angle detected by the detecting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
