<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot press formed product which has excellent productivity when manufactured by hot press forming, excellent parts ductility, and also excellent corrosion resistance, if necessary, and to provide a useful method for manufacturing the hot press formed product, as well as facilities for manufacturing the hot press formed product. <P>SOLUTION: When manufacturing the hot press formed product which has both high strength region and low strength region in a unit component using a press forming die, after the steel plate is heated to a temperature higher than the transformation point Ac<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, the high strength region is subjected to rapid cooling prior to starting the press forming. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
