<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form for adhering one film to the surfaces of a plurality of sheathing boards three-dimensionally disposed with an angle, and for preventing the leak of redundant water from the junction of the sheathing boards, and for preventing the generation of a sand joint and a method for manufacturing the concrete form. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete form includes: an aggregation formed by butting the sides of a plurality of sheathing boards; one film body covering one surface of the aggregation; an elastic material disposed via adhesive to the end part of the aggregation; and a batten cleat disposed on the back face of the aggregation for holding and reinforcing the aggregation so that the leak of redundant water from the junction of the sheathing boards can be prevented, and that the generation of a sand joint can be prevented. Also, the elastic material is wrapped in the end portion of the concrete form so that when the concrete form is butted to the other form, the leak of the redundant water from this portion can be prevented, and that the replacement work of the elastic material can be omitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
