<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic compressor that can easily distribute load of an object to be compressed and produce precise compression strength such as compression joint between resin and metal. <P>SOLUTION: The frame 2 of a hydraulic compressor 1 includes a housing space 2a in which an axial line is arranged horizontal and an object to be compressed is arranged inside in the direction of axial line. Eight cylinders 5 in which axial lines are directed in the radial direction at equal intervals in the circumferential direction are provided in the frame 2, and rams 6 are hydraulically inserted into the cylinders 5 in freely movable manner, so that they can be advanced and retarded freely in the housing space 2a of the frame 2. Dices 7 are fixed at the tips of the rams 6, and they are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction and at the same position in the direction of axial direction of the frame 2. A hydraulic pump 11 is connected to the cylinder 5 through a branching tube 8, a communication tube 9 and a hose 10. The oil pressure of the eight cylinders 5 is increased by the operation of the hydraulic pump 11 and the rams 6 are moved synchronously, and therefore the periphery of an ear fitting member S3 is evenly compressed by the dices 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
