<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion element and thermoelectric conversion element module, in which high output and securing of reliability can be easily achieved. <P>SOLUTION: In a thermoelectric conversion element module, a p-type thermoelectric conversion element and an n-type thermoelectric conversion element are arranged, the p-type thermoelectric conversion element comprising a p-type thermoelectric conversion material and having a hollow structure inside thereof, and the n-type thermoelectric conversion element comprising an n-type thermoelectric conversion material and having a hollow structure inside thereof.
